At YTD LTD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furnishings. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit for your space, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate the Request
Log into your YTD LTD account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship Your Return
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
